Marsha was one of ten emerging African-American leaders selected for their professional achievements, community service, and demonstrated leadership abilities. The Award salutes individuals who are changing the Greater Cincinnati area for the better. A former INROADS Managing Director of the Greater Cincinnati office, Marsha is currently Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Cintas Corporation.
