Michael interned at IBM and joined the organization after graduation in 1997. Michael has also won numerous VP awards and IBM's Leadership award in the second quarter of 2005. Recently promoted to System i Sales Manager for the Northeast Region, Michael manages a team of 5 sales representatives covering territories from New England to the Delaware Valley.
Michael credits his experience with “providing me with the foundation and confidence to walk into IBM prepared to add value to the marketing team's efforts. Classes on corporate etiquette, dressing for success, and public speaking were valuable primers that helped me with the customer interactions that I experienced during the summer internships."
In 2005 and 2006, Michael, and his wife Maureen, traveled to St. Petersburg, Russia, to welcome adopted son. James, now a happy and healthy 2 1/2 year old enjoys playing with his older brother, Kevin (6).
