Alumni Relations Workshop at INROADS Best of Class 2007

Maximizing INROADS Alumni Talent was the title of a special alumni relations workshop at this year's INROADS Best of Class conference.
The workshop updated Corporate Clients on INROADS services and initiatives to access INROADS Alumni talent, and served as a platform for Alumni to showcase how corporate support has facilitated the growth and development of in-house INROADS Alumni affinity groups.
Alumni from MetLife and Proctor & Gamble presented two models of corporate-supported INROADS affinity networking within each organization. The Alumni also discussed strategies to facilitate individual professional growth and development within their groups and suggested ways to accrue continuing benefits to their corporate employer.

INROADS Best of Class 2008, sponsored by Target, is scheduled for Minneapolis in September 2008.
