NIAA Northeast Regional Vice Chair, Rashard Gathers, obtains MBA, New Promotion.

Rashard Gathers, NIAA Northeast Regional Vice Chair, has been promoted to the position of Director of International Servicing for the Realogy Franchise Group. Realogy is the real estate arm of Cendant Corporation. Previously, Rashard was a manager in the Global Services area. Rashard also recently earned an MBA from NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where his concentration was in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Global Strategy.
An INROADS Alumnus from the Central New Jersey market, Rashard graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics and later gained a M.S. in Information Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. He is a REALTORŪ and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, and specializes in deploying best practices.
